Historical Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 16, 2013 <br />Louisville Public Library Meeting Room <br /> 951 Spruce Street <br />6:30 p.m. <br />I.Call to Order <br />: LHC Chair Dan Mellish called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br />II.Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present <br />: Dan Mellish, Dave Ferguson, Pat Seader, Gladys Levis-Pilz, Lynn <br />Koglin, Sally Burlingame, Anne Robinson, Andrew Williams, Paula Elrod, Marilyn Hunt <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Beth Barrett, Directory of Library & Museum Services <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />Frost Yarnell, City Councilliaison, for the Advisory Board part of the meeting; City Councilman Jay <br />Keany was present for the Fundraising Board part of the meeting. <br />Members of the Public Present: <br /> None <br />New LHC members Paula Elrod and Marilyn Hunt were introduced and welcomed. Sally <br />Burlingame, who is stepping down from the LHC after 8.5 years of service, was thanked. <br />III.Approval of Agenda: <br /> Members approved the agenda. <br />IV.Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br /> None <br />V.Approval of Meeting Minutes: <br /> LHC members approved the minutes of the October 17, 2012 and <br />December 5, 2012 meetings. <br />VI.Meeting as Advisory Board for the City of Louisville <br />A.Posting notices for 2013: <br /> LHC approved the Designation of Places for Posting of Notice of <br />Public Meetings for 2013. <br />B.The Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet <br />was distributed with the meeting packet and duly <br />noted. <br />C.Meeting dates /locations for 2013: . <br />were distributed with the meeting packet and approved <br />D.Report from the Museum Coordinator: <br />1.
