Thin agreement. lo made end entOred fra.A by a:rid ?e l,Teen the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado, a Colorado municipal corporation, <br />to clid t+ssG LcmLizVille Arts and <br />Humanities council and the Louisville Art Association; hereinafter <br />collectively referred to as the Arts Council/Association. <br />WITNUSETRI <br />wberras, the arts Co u ;cal/ Association wish to use the Louis- <br />ville Community Building, owned by the City and located at 8t1 <br />Grant street, Louisville, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the <br />Community Building, for certain cultural arts programs; and, <br />Whereas, the City believes that such use of the Community <br />Building will benefit the City by providing cultural arts program <br />opportunities to its citizens. <br />Now therefore, it is mutually agreed by and among the parties <br />as follows; <br />1. Use of Cornmunit Bu i 7 d'i,ng. <br />k __ The Arts CouricilfAssoci.ati,c:n <br />may use the Community Building on such days and times as may be <br />agreed to between their designees and the city Councils designee. <br />The City, with the approval, of the Arts Council /Association or <br />their designees, may permit other uses of the Community Building <br />on the sane days and times of use by the Arts Council /Association. <br />2. o nriymp_ j Niue. No payment shall be made by the Arts <br />council/Association for their use of the Community Building, but <br />such use shall be considered in -kind contributions from the City <br />to the Arts Council /Association. <br />3. Limits on use of Comm nity Building. The Arta Council/ <br />Association agrees to use the Community Building only for cultural <br />arts programs and for no other purpose* The Arts Council/ <br />Association shall not store or keep any goods, merchandise, or <br />materials On or about the Community Building which are in any way <br />hazardous, nor will the Arts Council /Association permit any acts <br />of omission or commission to be done on or about the Community <br />Building which will increase the existing rata of fire insurance. <br />The Arts Council /Association will not use or permit the use of the <br />community Building or any part thereof for any purpose prohibited <br />by law nor in any manner which would constitute a nuisance Qr be <br />hazardous to persons or property. The Arts Council /Association <br />will comply with and conform to all of the requirements of the <br />governmental authorities having jurisdiction thereof, present or <br />future, relating in any way to the condition, use and occupancy of <br />the Community Building._ <br />
