The Housing Authority of the <br />City of Louisville will accomplish its mission through: community collaboration, effective services and programs, professional organization, efficient resource management, <br />and the expansion of funding sources. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Terri Abbott, Kelly Campbell, Ernie Villany, Walt Oehkers, <br /> <br />Commissioners Excused: Colleen Vandendriessche <br /> <br />Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Director Boulder County Housing & Human Services; Shirley Holt, Housing <br />Finance Manager; Willa Williford, Housing Division Director, Geneva Z. Bailey, Administrative Technician; <br />Richard Sosa, Finance Director <br /> <br />Others: Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager, City of Louisville; Jay Keany, City Councilman; Aaron <br />DeJong, Economic Development Director <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:03 a.m. <br /> <br />Approval of the Agenda <br />Kelly motioned, Walt seconded. Motion unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Approval of the September 25, 2012 Minutes <br /> <br />Colleen requested to be listed as excused at the September 25th meeting. <br />Kelly motioned, Walt seconded. Motion approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Matters from members of the public <br />There were no members of the public present. <br /> <br />Director’s Report <br /> <br />a) Budget Adoption <br />Frank updated the board: <br />- BCHA has the 12.86 acre Alkonis property under contract <br /> Closing is pending the Comprehensive Plan approval <br /> Closing could take place in March <br /> We are looking at land banking across the county for two years without a lot of major <br />opportunities
