Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 8, 2012 <br />Page 7 of 12 <br />Closed Public Hearing – Planning Commission Discussion <br />Moline stated his agreement with staff regarding the SRU criteria having been met. <br />He thanked the public for all of the comments and questions. He stated the plan will <br />improved the drainage issues for the neighborhood. <br />Russell stated he learned what an SRU means for this site. He supports the request <br />because of the improved drainage. <br />Pritchard stated he supports the application.
