IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR THE OWNER OF ANY <br />PROPERTY, EXCEPT PROPERTY ZONED AGRICULTURAL, TO <br />PERMIT WEEDS TO GROW TO A HEIGHT IN EXCESS OF <br />TWELVE INCHES.
