15.16.060 Section 103(0) amended - Building drain. Section 103(0) of the Uniform Plumbing Code shall be amended to read as follows: "The Building drain is that part of the lowest piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer beginning five feet outside the building wall." Section 28. Chapter 15.28 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled "Construction and Renovation Standards for Nonresidential Buildings", and consisting of Sections 15.28.010, 15.28.020 and 15.28.030, is hereby repealed in its entirety. Chapter 15.28 shall be reserved for future use. Section 29. Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled "Residential Building Energy Conservation Standards", and consisting of Sections 15.36.010, 15.36.011, 15.36.012, 15.36.013, 15.36.014 and 15.36.015, is hereby repealed in its entirety. Chapter 15.36 shall be reserved for future use. Section 30. Section 15.48.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code 1S hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows: 15.48.010 Adoption. The National Electric Code, 1993 Edition, published by the National Fire Protection Association, Batterymarch Park, Quincy, MA 02269 is hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the Louisville Municipal Code. The purpose and subject matter of the National Electric Code include minimum regulations for the practical safeguarding of persons and property form the hazards arising from the use of electricity and minimum standards relating to the installation of electrical conductors and equipment within or on public and private buildings and other structures, including mobile homes, recreational vehicles, and floating dwelling units, and other premises such as yards, carnivals, parking and other lots, and industrial substations. Except as otherwise provided herein, the National Electric Code is adopted in full, including the outline of contents, index, and appendix contained therein. Any reference to the National Electric Code within this chapter shall be to the 1993 Edition of said Code. Section 31. Section 15.48.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are stricken through; words to be added appear in capital letters): 13
