15.16.020 Section 30.4(a) Permdt fees. "Table No. 3-A Plumbing Permit Fees" set forth in Section 30.4(a) of the Uniform Plumbing Code is adopted. Section 24. Section 15.16.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be added appear in capital letters): 15.16.030 Appendices adopted. Appendices A, C, D, and H of the UNIFORM PLUMBING Code are hereby specifically adopted. ANY APPENDICES NOT LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT ADOPTED. Section 25. Section 15.16.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are stricken through; words to be added appear in capital letters): 15.16.040 Copies available at afficc af city clerk. Section 26. Section 15.16.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows: 15.16.050 Violation and penalties. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, lmprove, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any plumbing or cause or permit the same to be done, in violation of the provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code adopted and incorporated herein. Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions of the code adopted and incorporated herein shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.28.010.
