WImIN mE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of Front Street within the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, <br />State of Colorado is not used or required as thoroughfares for the public or for any public use, <br />except for an easement as provided herein; and <br /> <br />dO <br />--- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the vacation of this portion of Front Street is in the best interests of the City <br />and the public; <br /> <br />NOW, mEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY mE CITY COUNCIL OF mE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That portion of Front Street described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein is vacated and the title thereto shall vest as provided by law. <br /> <br />Section 2. All existing easements for public utilities shall not be altered or amended <br />by virtue of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3.
