RESOLUTION NO. 01, <br />SERIES 1994 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />AND FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR FRONT COURT <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an application for <br />a Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD Development Plan for Front Court; represented by John Hickman <br />and Narain Schroeder and; <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD Development Plan <br />have been reviewed by City staff and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Front Court should be approved with seven (7) conditions, as follows: <br />1. The Mayhoffer Ditch interests must be properly reflected on the Final Subdivision Plat, including <br />reference to previous booking page recording information. <br />2. The landscaped island, including the concrete pan gutter be eliminated from the Final Subdivision <br />Plat. <br />3. A note should be added to the Final PUD which prohibits access to Lot S from County Road. <br />4. A note should be added to the Final PUD which prohibits access to the unimproved alley. <br />S. The name of Front Street should not be changed to Front Court on the Final Subdivision Plat. <br />6. Eliminate the sewer easement across lot 3. <br />7.
