I'r~;~ ~ cif
creating mare Urban Estates seems tc> propagate the problem to further generations.
Do we really want to see some of our best citizens moving out of our city because it cannot
provide adequate housing for them'?
fihe Hansen plan for Area 7 seems to fit with our vision of Louisville, and our Parents in
Boulder could. sell their older Urban Mansions, knowing that there is life in Louisvilie after
the Boulder housing Grisis. Building housing for our aging population in this Brea would
also be consistent with the surrt~undirrg ~~reas. It would require alaw-density neighborhood
:consistent with the surrounding arena VU"e would be able to provide this type of housing, while
still being able to keep a sense of balance. ir7 the community that would fit into our overall vision
of Louisville
Changing the eastern section of Area 7 to a slightly higher density promotes a healthy change
co our community and therefore l support: and encourage city council to promote this vision ~s
well.
Ty & Connie Ostwald
1 ~ 2~ Grant Ave
Louisville, Cf~
