The Ci <br />currently 17 assig <br /> <br />There are no other parking options that are adequate within walking distance from the property. <br />The parking which existed on East Street on the west side of the street contiguous with the <br />property was turned into no parking by the Public Works department approximately one year <br />ago. East Street remains a very dark street. According to Jean and Sharlen, the previously <br />issued parking permits did work. In addition, towing signage is required for parking violations. <br />The residents requested numbering in two locations per spot, at the beginning of the spot and on <br />the curb. The resident requested that the one parking spot per unit policy be enforced more <br />strictly again. The residents requested that the enforcement increase and the 13 visitor spots <br />remain. Sally Vigil will take responsibility to draft a: letter to the residents outlining the policy <br />following the restriping of the lot. <br /> <br />Several vehicles never move. Sally monitors parking lot for obvious broken down vehicles, <br />expired plates etc. Lease states car must be functioning and current tags. Clementine <br />
