<br />neighborhood subdivision could eventually provide a possible solution with additional parking if <br />the board decides to participate in the project. <br /> <br />Solution: <br />Frank and Jay to follow up on a request to the Public Works Department to see ifit would be <br />possible to allow for the street parking in front of Sunnyside Place on the east side of the street. <br />One potential discussed was for a draft letter from the board, staff and residents to be signed and <br />provided to the City Council. Scott will draft letter aJ1.d provide to Frank for review and <br />circulation. Sheri and Jay suggest any resident attend Council meeting to speak. In the interim, <br />Frank will attempt to set a time to have Tom Faure meet him and potentially Jay Keany at the <br />site to review potential parking solutions. In addition, Jay brought up that if the parking lot is to <br />be repainted, a seal coat of the parking lot should occur now. Frank and Sally will suggest to <br />Don Roybal and Lisa Bangs will review the budget and provide options to the board if the <br />budget cannot sustain the upcoming capital costs at the property. <br /> <br />Pet policy-Jean had a question for staff regarding the prohibition against pets and staff stated that <br />Jean can make a reasonable accommodation request to allow her to have <br /> <br /> <br />. Doris would like to <br />follow up on the Regal II abandonment to understand more of what is happening on <br />abandonments. Frank stated that it is a difficult economic time for many residents, so a small <br />number of abandonments can be expected. <br />
