<br />City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />September 11, 2007 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br /> <br />Councilor Marsella stated that what the City of Louisville is looking for in the <br />agreement is not just a check but forming a quasi-district with Superior through <br />an IGA. <br /> <br />Councilor Muckle stated that the task force needs to work out an agreement <br />because of its potential to impact other projects and relationships. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk suggested a 3-year agreement that incorporates formulating a quasi- <br />district IGA during that time and that this could be an option for the taskforce to <br />take back to Superior. He stated that there was time for further discussion since <br />the current agreement did not end until June 2008. <br /> <br />4. City Manager Items - Advance AgendalMeeting Calendar <br />City Manager Fleming referred to the Advance Agenda and informed Council that <br />the Koelbel BAP would be on the December 4th agenda. He informed Council <br />about Darwin Brownson's retirement party at the Art Center on December 10th <br />and the Legislative Breakfast on January 7th at 7:30 in the Library Meeting Room. <br />He told Council that the list of Council appointments had been emailed to each <br />member for their reference. <br /> <br />Councilor Marsella requested that a Trash Ordinance be added to the "On <br />Bench" list of future agenda items. City Manager Fleming stated that he was <br />having a meeting tomorrow with Lafayette's Public Works Director to discuss that <br />topic. <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Balser pointed out to Council that the Northwest Rail <br />Consultant is on the agenda for the February 12th Study Session. <br /> <br />6.
