The Housing Authority of the City of Louisville will accomplish its mission through: community collaboration, effective services and programs, professional organization, efficient resource management, and the expansion of funding sources. I I ,. Motion to approve Minutes passed. Approval of the A1!:enda Agenda for November 29th meeting passed and approved. October 30th, 2007 Minutes approved. Matters from Members of the Public None. Director's Report Domestic violence status update. Housing Authority staff has begun working closely with the Domestic Abuse Prevention Project. Staff has a meeting scheduled in Longmont with DV agencies and the poEce department to create a flowchart fur staff intervention that can bc replicated across community and applied in Louisville, if applicable. Staff has also been working with Boulder County Public Health and has sent out a smoking survey to residents in all of our units. Public Health had another Housing Authority in another 1
