She also noted that the services had been a paid service. <br /> <br />Lipton also noted a professional relationship. <br /> <br />Both Loo and Lipton felt this created no conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Public Notice Verification: <br />Published in the Daily Camera on July 22, 2007. Posted in City Hall, Public Library, Recreation <br />Center and the Police and Courts Building and mailed to surrounding property owners on July <br />20,2007. The item was originally scheduled for the August 9,2007 public hearing and was <br />continued to the September 13, 2007 and the October 11, 2007 public hearings. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Wood requested a motion to enter into public record all items (staff report, plan sets, <br />communication and additional items not in the meeting packet but provided this evening) for this <br />project. <br /> <br />Dalton moved and Pritchard seconded the motion. Motion passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />Wood reviewed the following items: <br />. Property ownership. <br />. Property location and size. <br />. The general development plan (GDP): 350 units and 106,000 SF commercial <br />development. <br />. Planned Unit Development (PUD) review included the four planning areas. <br />. Compliance with the Citywide Comprehensive Plan. <br />. Access points: Paschal St. connection, Summit View Drive and Hecla St. <br />. Reviewed the public street standards as discussed in the September Referral Comment <br />Letter. <br />. Paschal IGA agreement. <br />
