The City should encourage the use of solar energy in new <br />Policy E-1.5: <br />development and redevelopment. <br />The City should encourage and pursueexpansionopportunitiesof <br />Policy E-1.6: <br />wind or solar energy for on-farm electrical needs on Parks & Recreation and <br />Open Space–owned agriculturalland. <br />Principle E-2.
