The anticipated cost for both projects range between <br />$75,000 - $100,000. <br /> <br />Davidson suggested that the Finance Committee review this request and make <br />recommendation to the Council. <br /> <br />Mayer concurred the Finance Committee should review the request, and stressed that it is <br />important to proceed in a reasonable amount of time. <br /> <br />Keany noted that the Housing Authority is recommending funding from the Stadium <br />District refund. He stated that at one time Council had considered using those fund to <br />correct drainage problems and structural repairs at Regal Square. He stated that part of <br />their request is a redevelopment for a higher density. He noted that the fees were based <br />on recent studies completed on properties in the County. <br /> <br />Davidson asked if there were any objections to forwarding the Louisville Housing <br />Authority request to the Finance Committee. Hearing none, Davidson stated that the <br />request would be forwarded to the Finance Committee for their review and <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Brown addressed the issue of gateways into the City and asked that it be scheduled for a <br />work session. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that was not an agenda item and suggested discussion under Council <br />Comments. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION ...... Consultation with attorneys representing the City <br />with respect to pending litigation. Pending litigation shall include cases where in <br />a lawsuit is actually commenced, and any situation where the person requesting <br />the executive session believes in good faith that a lawsuit may result.
