EXECUTIVE SESSION — REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS (Louisville Charter, Section 5 -2(c) — Authorized Topics — Consideration of real property acquisitions and dispositions, only as to appraisals and other value estimates and strategy, and C.R.S. 24- 6- 402(4)(a)) REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS SUSPENDED City Attorney Light explained the City Manager is requesting the City Council convene an Executive Session for the purpose of consideration of potential real property disposition — parcels of real property in Louisville. City Clerk Varra read Section 2.90.050 public statement from the Louisville Municipal Code, which governs the topics discussed in an executive session. City Attorney Light stated the authority for conducting an executive session is the Louisville Charter, Section 5 -2 (c) - Authorized Topics — Consideration of real property acquisitions and dispositions, only as to appraisals and other value estimates and strategy, and C.R.S. 24- 6- 402(4)(a) under the Colorado Open Meetings Law. He requested two motions; one for the potential disposition of real property owned by the City and a second for the potential acquisition of real property. MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council convene an executive session for the purpose of consideration of potential real property disposition — parcels of real property owned by the City, but only as to appraisals, value estimates and strategy for such property disposition and the executive session include the City Council, City Manager, City Attorney and Economic Development Director. Mayor Pro Tem Dalton seconded the motion. All were in favor.
