<br /> Louisville has a residential housing stock of 8,524 units with over 80 percent of the inventory being
<br /> single family homes. There is approximately 5.6 million square feet of nonresidential development
<br /> within the City, and 50.7 million square feet of open space including agricultural land.
<br /> COMMUNITY BUILD-OUT
<br /> The December 18, 2012 endorsement of Framework Option #3 communicates the development
<br /> possibilities in the future build-out of the City. It is the role of the Louisville Municipal Code and
<br /> specifically the Zoning Code to define specific development outcomes. The Comprehensive Plan simply
<br /> defines the possibilities. Following the table illustrates the build-out possibilities of the preferred
<br /> Framework identified by City Council on December 18, 2013.
