<br /> <br />City of Louisville <br />City Council 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4533 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.louisvilleco.gov <br /> City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 4, 2013 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order – Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />City Council: Mayor Robert Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton. <br /> City Council members: Ron Sackett, Emily Jasiak, <br /> Frost Yarnell, Jay Keany and Susan Loo <br /> <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br /> Bruce Goodman, Police Chief <br /> Troy Russ, Planning Director <br /> Gavin McMillan, Planner II <br /> Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br /> <br /> Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br />the agenda, seconded by Council member Keany. All were in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Todd Stevenson, Project Louisville, 224 Roosevelt Avenue, Louisville, CO thanked City <br />Manager Fleming, Economic Development Director DeJong, and Parks and Recreation <br />Director Stevens for their help on the “Trucks in the Park” permit. The first event was <br />held on May 22 and was very successful. He will work with the City on some of the <br />26
