<br />4. The City has estimated the total cost of the Project to be $100,000.00, with <br />$91,000.00 of such cost eligible for participating federal funds. The City is prepared to and shall, in <br />the manner provided by law and the Contract, as amended, provide 17.21% or $15,661.00, of the <br />$91,000.00 in project costs eligible for participation. The City is further prepared to and shall, in <br />the manner provided by law and the Contract, as amended, provide local agency matching for <br />CDOT Incurred non-participating costs, and an additional local agency overmatch, in the amounts <br />set forth in Exhibit C of the Contract Amendment. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br />
