<br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />retail marijuana products will be stored, processed or dispensed; <br />9. a comprehensive business plan for the retail marijuana establishment which shall <br />contain, without limitation, the following: <br />i. a security plan meeting the requirements of section 5.11.170; <br />ii. a description of all products to be sold; <br />iii. a signage plan that is in compliance with all applicable <br />requirements of Section 5.11.160, this Code and the applicable <br />design standards and guidelines; and <br />10. any additional information that the local licensing authority reasonably <br />determines to be necessary in connection with the investigation and review of the <br />application. <br /> <br />C. A license issued pursuant to this chapter does not eliminate the need for the <br />licensee to obtain other required permits or licenses related to the operation of the retail <br />marijuana establishment, including, without limitation, any State of Colorado license or <br />any sales tax license, business registration, development approvals or building permits <br />required by this Code. <br /> <br />D. Upon receipt of a completed application, the secretary of the local licensing <br />authority or his or her designee shall circulate the application to all affected service areas <br />and departments of the city to determine whether the application is in full compliance <br />with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. <br /> <br />E. The Planning and Building Safety Department shall, prior to issuance of the <br />license, perform an inspection of the proposed premises to determine compliance with <br />any applicable requirements of this chapter or other provisions of this Code. <br /> <br />F. Upon receipt of a complete application, the local licensing authority shall schedule <br />a public hearing upon the application to be held and conducted in accordance with <br />applicable provisions of the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code and the rules and regulations <br />adopted thereunder. The local licensing authority has the authority to deny a license for <br />good cause. <br /> <br />G. The local licensing authority shall have the authority to deny any application that <br />does not meet the requirements of this chapter, Retail Marijuana Code, this chapter, and <br />any applicable state or local rule or regulation. The local licensing authority shall also have <br />the authority to deny any application that contains any false, misleading or incomplete <br />information. Denial of an application for a license shall not be subject to administrative <br />review but only to review by a court of competent jurisdiction. <br /> <br />H. After approval of an application, a local license shall not be issued until a state <br />license has been issued and the building in which the business is to be conducted is ready
