Approval of Lewan and Associates for Print Management <br />Agreement <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Stacy Saturay, 659 W. Dahlia St., Louisville, CO addressed the traffic on Polk <br />and Dahlia streets, particularly the volume and speed. She delivered flyers in the <br />neighborhood and spoke to 80 households and reported 95% of the households <br />she contacted would like the City to do something on this street. Ms. Saturay <br />pled with Council to do something about the safety on the street and presented a <br />petition signed by the residents. <br />Jim Dallke, 178 S. Polk Ave, Louisville, CO stated he has his home office on Polk <br />Avenue and sees many near misses on the street due to speed. He stated <br />Louisville is a safe community and one noted as a great place to live. He has <br />seen a lot of changes in the years he has lived here. He recommended a <br />blinking sign showing the speed the car is traveling to remind drivers of the <br />speed limit. <br />Rob Lathrop, 601 Johnson, Louisville, CO spoke about the Money Magazine <br />article naming Louisville again as a great place to live. He congratulated the <br />Council, Planning Commission, Administration and residents on the image they <br />project and encouraged them to continue to do things right. <br />Lynn Gullette, 575 W. Mulberry St., Louisville, CO remarked she represents one <br />of the people not spoken to and who did not sign the petition, she too saw traffic <br />issues on Polk/Dahlia as a concern. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br />Council Member Muckle reported on a citizen concern relative to airport noise, <br />increased volume and louder aircraft. He suggested it was time the City address <br />this issue again. <br />
