City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 7, 2007 <br />Page 14 of 14 <br />Jim Vasbinder, The Etkin Johnson Group, 1512 Larimer Street, Denver, CO, <br />stated Planning Commission requested the applicant meet with Mr. Bennett <br />regarding the project. Several subtle changes were made to the plan and were <br />reviewed by Mr. Bennett, such as moving trash containers and adding <br />landscaping to the south proK>erty line. Mr. Vasbinder stated the Applicant <br />accepts all of the conditions of approval. <br />Council member Clabots requested bike racks be considered in this project. <br />MOTION: Council member Marcella moved to approve Resolution No. 40, <br />Series 2007, seconded by Council member Clabots. All in favor. Absent: <br />Council member Sackett. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No items to report. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Council member Muckle reported the Louisville Middle School Project is <br />underway. He suggested the Gity Council consider a resolution requesting the <br />historic facade of the Louisville Middle School be preserved. <br />Interim City Manager Balser stated there will be an open house on the Louisville <br />Middle School Project in a few weeks. She noted Mayor Pro Tem Brown is a <br />member of the Design Advisory Committee. <br />Council member Clabots reported the Horticulture and Forestry Advisory Board is <br />working on an Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPM) for spraying.
