He asked if the City plans to reopen the site once the water <br />restrictions have been lifted. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Tom Phare stated that the RV sanitary dump facility was closed, <br />as it was an uncontrolled use of water. He noted that it will reopen once the water issues <br />have past. <br /> <br />Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO reported that he participated in <br />events sponsored by Colorado Bike Month and Desert Bike Week. He explained that this <br />consisted of two different bike rides, which partly overlapped and included parts of the <br />Boulder Creek trail and County open space trails. He suggested that the City of Louisville <br />participate in Bike Month activities. He requested that the City produce a better bike path <br />map that would incorporate both bike paths on hard surfaces and soft surfaces open space <br />trails, and include County trails. <br /> <br />Grinbergs stated that he has contacted his Council representatives and requested that the <br />grass clippings and tree limb drop-offs be consolidated. <br /> <br />Grinbergs reported on booklet entitled "The Failure of America's Aviation Noise <br />Abatement Policy," and presented Council with a copy. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Sisk reported that he attended the School Board meeting, where the City was honored for <br />their contributions for computer grants and for contributions made to the Louisville <br />Middle and Elementary Schools. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PRESENTATION - MONARCH HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
