F. Falsifying information and tampering. No person shall knowingly make any false statement, representation, or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to the terms of this chapter or wastewater discharge permit, or who falsifies, tampers with or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method required here shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $47000,00 the maximum fine set forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code per violation, or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days per violation, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 12. Subsection H of Section 13.36.180 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken through): Sec. 13.36.180. Enforcement and penalties. H. Criminal penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and shall be subject to a criminal penalty of$470041410 the maximum fine set forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code per violation per day and/or imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed 60 days or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day or part of a day any violation occurs or continues is a separate offense. Section 13. Section 15.24.170 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken through): Sec. 15.24.170. Section 11.15 added—General penalty clause. The following penalty clause as set forth in full is adopted for the mobile home parks code: Section 11.15 General Penalty Clause. No person shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the City of Louisville. Except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the City of Louisville, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the City of Louisville, shall be punished by a fine of not more than S-17000700 the maximum fine set forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code or by imprisonment not to exceed one year, or both such fine and imprisonment.
