F. Falsifying information and tampering. No person shall knowingly <br /> make any false statement, representation, or certification in any application, <br /> record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant <br /> to the terms of this chapter or wastewater discharge permit, or who falsifies, <br /> tampers with or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method <br /> required here shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding <br /> $47000,00 the maximum fine set forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code per <br /> violation, or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days per violation, or by both <br /> such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Section 12. Subsection H of Section 13.36.180 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken <br /> through): <br /> Sec. 13.36.180. Enforcement and penalties. <br /> H. Criminal penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this <br /> chapter shall be liable to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and <br /> shall be subject to a criminal penalty of$470041410 the maximum fine set forth in <br /> section 1.28.010.A of this Code per violation per day and/or imprisonment for a <br /> period of time not to exceed 60 days or both such fine and imprisonment. Each <br /> day or part of a day any violation occurs or continues is a separate offense. <br /> Section 13. Section 15.24.170 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken through): <br /> Sec. 15.24.170. Section 11.15 added—General penalty clause. <br /> The following penalty clause as set forth in full is adopted for the mobile <br /> home parks code: <br /> Section 11.15 General Penalty Clause. <br /> No person shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the <br /> City of Louisville. Except in cases where a different punishment is <br /> prescribed by any ordinance of the City of Louisville, any person who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the City of Louisville, shall <br /> be punished by a fine of not more than S-17000700 the maximum fine set <br /> forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code or by imprisonment not to exceed <br /> one year, or both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and <br /> Ordinance No. 1645, Series 2013 <br /> Page 7 of 9 <br />
