Any person who shall violate any one of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than$25.00$500.00. Section 10. Subsection D of Section 13.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken through): Sec. 10.04.060. Violation; penalty. D. It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the following provisions of this chapter, which violations are hereby deemed criminal offenses. Every person convicted of a violation of any one of the following provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000.00the maximum fine set forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code, exclusive of any court costs and surcharges, or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment: 1. Section 1903 of the Model Traffic Code, stopping for school buses; 2. Section 1101 of the Model Traffic Code, where the speed as driven is 20 miles per hour or more over the lawful speed; 3. Section 1105 of the Model Traffic Code, speed contest; 4. Section 1401 of the Model Traffic Code, reckless driving; 5. Section 1402 of the Model Traffic Code, careless driving; 6. Section 1413 of the Model Traffic Code, eluding or attempting to elude a police officer; 7. Section 1409 of the Model Traffic Code,compulsory insurance. Section 11. Subsections C and F of Section 13.32.150 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken through): Sec. 13.32.150. Enforcement and penalties. C. Criminal penalties. No person shall dispose of harmful wastes or wastewater or use the city's sanitary sewers or POTW or cause the disposal of harmful waste or wastewater to be done contrary to or in violation of any provisions of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any permit issued hereunder shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any such violation occurs and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $4400.00 the maximum fine set forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code per violation, or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days per violation, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
