not a possible penalty for which the sole penalty provided shall be a fine. Any <br /> person who shall violate any one of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished <br /> by a fine of not more than$25.00$500.00. <br /> Section 10. Subsection D of Section 13.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken <br /> through): <br /> Sec. 10.04.060. Violation; penalty. <br /> D. It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the following <br /> provisions of this chapter, which violations are hereby deemed criminal offenses. <br /> Every person convicted of a violation of any one of the following provisions of this <br /> chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000.00the maximum fine set <br /> forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code, exclusive of any court costs and surcharges, <br /> or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment: <br /> 1. Section 1903 of the Model Traffic Code, stopping for school buses; <br /> 2. Section 1101 of the Model Traffic Code, where the speed as driven is 20 <br /> miles per hour or more over the lawful speed; <br /> 3. Section 1105 of the Model Traffic Code, speed contest; <br /> 4. Section 1401 of the Model Traffic Code, reckless driving; <br /> 5. Section 1402 of the Model Traffic Code, careless driving; <br /> 6. Section 1413 of the Model Traffic Code, eluding or attempting to elude a <br /> police officer; <br /> 7. Section 1409 of the Model Traffic Code,compulsory insurance. <br /> Section 11. Subsections C and F of Section 13.32.150 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br /> are hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words deleted are stricken <br /> through): <br /> Sec. 13.32.150. Enforcement and penalties. <br /> C. Criminal penalties. No person shall dispose of harmful wastes or <br /> wastewater or use the city's sanitary sewers or POTW or cause the disposal of <br /> harmful waste or wastewater to be done contrary to or in violation of any <br /> provisions of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br /> chapter or any permit issued hereunder shall be deemed guilty of a separate <br /> offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any such violation <br /> occurs and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $4400.00 the maximum fine <br /> set forth in section 1.28.010.A of this Code per violation, or by imprisonment not <br /> exceeding 90 days per violation, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
