The City's two major sources of <br /> General Fund revenue. excluding growth fees col- <br /> lected, are from Sales Tax and Property Tax. The Boulder County <br /> 1983 City Sales Tax rate was 2% per dollar spent (28.7%) <br /> on taxed commodities. This rate generated $689,855 School District RE-2 <br /> in revenue. <br /> (56.5%) <br /> Property tax is assessed by the County and is <br /> divided among the School District, Boulder County, City of Louisville <br /> Louisville Fire District, The City of Louisville and Ur- (7.9%) <br /> ban Drainage.
