The subject property is 4,587 square feet according to the Pine <br />Street Park Plat and contains a 1,656 square foot home, 812 square foot unfinished <br />basement, 400 square foot attached garage, and a 120 square foot deck according to the <br />Boulder County Assessor. The property slopes from front to back. The front door <br />accesses the main floor of the home, and the back of the lot is accessed from a walk out <br />basement.
