<br /> 3. A fireplace or fireplace insert that meets the most stringent emissions <br />standards for wood stoves established by the C.R.S. Title 25 Article 7 Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment Air Quality Control Commission <br />Regulation the air quality control commission, created by C.R.S. § 25-7-104, or <br />any other clean burning device that is approved by the Air Quality Control <br />Commission Regulation. <br /> <br />B. It is unlawful for any person to install or construct any new or remodeled fireplace <br />which does not comply with this section. Any person violating this section shall <br />be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.150. Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville to apply. <br /> <br /> Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other improvement within <br />Downtown Louisville and requiring a building permit, sign permit, or any other permit <br />from the city shall comply with all requirements of Design Handbook for Downtown <br />Louisville, as adopted and amended from time to time. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.160. Industrial and Commercial Development Design Standards and <br />Guidelines to apply. <br /> <br /> Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other improvement to an <br />industrial property or project within the city and requiring a building permit, sign permit, <br />or any other permit from the city shall comply with the requirements of City of Louisville <br />Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines (IDDSG); and the <br />Commercial Development Design Standards (CDDSG) as adopted and amended from <br />time to time. <br /> <br /> Section 2. A new Chapter 15.05 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled <br />International Residential Code, is hereby enacted to read as follows (words added are <br />underlined; words deleted are stricken through) <br /> <br />Sec. 15.05.010 Adoption. <br /> <br /> The International Residential Code, 2012 2009 Edition, published by the <br />International Code Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois, <br />60478-5795, is hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a <br />part of the city Code. The subject matter of the International Residential Code is to <br />regulate and govern the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, <br />repair, equipment, location, removal and demolition of detached one and two family <br />dwellings and multiple single family dwellings (townhouses) not more than three stories <br />in height with separate means of egress in the City of Louisville, and providing for the <br />issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
