Sec. 15.05.020. Amendments to the 2012 2009 International Residential Code. The following amendments set forth in sections 15.05.030 through 15.05.090 are made to the 2012 2009 International Residential Code. Sec. 15.05.030. Section R101.1 Title. Section 101.1 of the 2012 International Residential Code is amended to insert R101.1 Title. These provisions shall be known as the Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings of the City of Louisville, and shall be cited as such and will be referred to herein as this code. Sec. 15.05.040. Section R108.2 Schedule of permit fees. Section R108.2 of the code shall read as follows: R108.2 Schedule of permit fees. On buildings, structures, electrical, gas, mechanical, and plumbing systems or alterations requiring a permit, a fee for each permit shall be paid as required, as set forth in the fees established by the current adopted annual fee resolution for the City of Louisville, Colorado Schedule of permit fees.
