Amendments to the 2012 2009 International Residential Code. <br /> <br /> The following amendments set forth in sections 15.05.030 through 15.05.090 are <br />made to the 2012 2009 International Residential Code. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.05.030. Section R101.1 Title. <br /> <br /> Section 101.1 of the 2012 International Residential Code is amended to insert <br /> <br /> <br />R101.1 Title. These provisions shall be known as the Residential Code for One- and <br />Two-Family Dwellings of the City of Louisville, and shall be cited as such and will be <br />referred to herein as this code. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.05.040. Section R108.2 Schedule of permit fees. <br /> <br /> Section R108.2 of the code shall read as follows: <br /> <br />R108.2 Schedule of permit fees. On buildings, structures, electrical, gas, mechanical, <br />and plumbing systems or alterations requiring a permit, a fee for each permit shall be <br />paid as required, as set forth in the fees established by the current adopted annual fee <br />resolution for the City of Louisville, Colorado Schedule of permit fees.
