• the common use items inside the facility including the kitchen fixtures; the seating, <br />tables and stage fixtures; the lighting system; window coverings; and the piano;• the <br />immediate grounds of the facility, including snow removal; <br />• the performance of routine fire and safety inspections to ensure the facility meets the <br />criteria for a public facility <br />Should the City employ a dedicated arts staff member, that individual will assist the <br />governing board by maintaining the master calendar and answering inquiries. Such staff <br />member would also coordinate or oversee care and maintenance of the facility. <br />Fees for facility usage shall be updated annually through City Council Resolution. The <br />current fees are as follows: <br />A. Louisville Cultural Council — no fee. This subsidy reflects the LCC's status w---- { Formatted: Indent: Left: OS' <br />as an advisory group appointed by the City Council. <br />B. Cosponsored organizations - $1,500 per calendar year, but no charge for <br />hourly usage. This fee is intended to cover a small portion of the City's cost <br />associated with custodial services, utilities, maintenance, and facility scheduling. <br />C. City of Louisville programs — no fee. Contractors who conduct programs for <br />the City shall pay 30% of program fees (or gross revenue) to the City of <br />Louisville. <br />D. Public rentals - $35/hr residents $45/hr non - resident rental fee. <br />
