The table below shows the current status of the 2012- <br />2013 Work Plan and the proposed Work Plan for 2013-2014. Staff asks the Planning <br />Commission and City Council to discuss the proposed 2013-2014 goals. <br />2012/2013 Work Plan Item Status <br />Comprehensive Plan Adopted <br />LMC. Modifications - Flood Hazard Update: Done <br /> - Public Notification Procedure Update: Council Study Session in <br />July -Drafting Code Changes <br />- Subdivision Re-Plat Criteria: In process <br />- Tele-Comm / CMRS Regs: On Hold <br />- Dark Sky Ordinance: On Hold <br />Transportation Planning - US 36 Managed Lane Project & DDI (On-going coordination 2013- <br /> 2015): Reviewing Final Design of Phase II. <br />- Hwy 42 Gateway Project (Hwy 42. 30% Design - April 2013): <br />Adopted. Completing Final Design of Gateway Applied for CDOT <br />funding for HWY 42 completion. <br />- Neighborhood Plans / Safe Route to School Evaluating Safe <br />Routes Grant options beginning work in 2013 <br />Urban Design - Downtown Patios: New patios designed and installed <br /> - McCaslin Branding & Wayfinding: Included in small area plan <br />- Downtown Parking Identification: On hold <br />- Downtown Newspaper Vending Machines: Proposed in 2014 <br />budgeting process <br />Historic Preservation - Downtown Survey: Completed August, 2013 <br /> - Processing Landmark Requests: Ongoing. As of today, 6 <br />Landmarks in 2013 <br />Urban Agriculture - White Paper Backyard LSAB completed draft proceeding with backyard chickens <br />Chickens ordinance.
