SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION 2013 2014 WORK PLAN <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER10, 2013 <br />PAGE3OF3 <br />Citywide Transportation Plan <br />Building Safety <br />Building Permit Software <br />Adoption of 2012 IBC <br />Mobile Home Ordinance Update <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The following fiscal impacts to the City of Louisville are based on the above work plan. <br /> McCaslin and South Boulder Road Small Area Plans - $100,000 was allocated in <br />the 2013 budget <br /> McCaslin Branding and Wayfinding - $100,000 was allocated in the 2013 budget <br /> Neighborhood Plans - $10,000 is requested in the 2014 budget. <br /> Fiscal Impact Model Update - $50,000 is requested in the 2014 budget in the <br />2014 budget. <br /> Hwy. 42 Final Design and Construction - $3,000,000 is requested in the 2014 <br />budget ($1.5 million in 2017 and $1.5 million in 2018) <br /> Historic Preservation Master Plan - $34,000 is requested in the 2014 Budget <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Discuss the proposed 2013/2014 Work Program with the Planning Commission. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />None <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION <br />4 <br />
