Golf Course Advisory Board Minutes
June 17 2013
iv) Financials
The current WGP financial report in the Board Package was reviewed. Income is
$96K behind YTD target due to the poor weather in winter and spring Cost of
Sales YTD is lower than plan with other statistics basically on-track. WGP is
concerned that the pending disruption from the bunker project will decrease
revenue during what is usually good weather for golf.

Item VII. Public Comments
Chairperson Gambon welcomed both Ashley Stolzman and Debby Fahey to the
meeting. Both are prospective candidates for City Council and are attending the
various Board Meetings to gain information. Ashley expressed concern about
the irrigation system being beyond its predicted end-of-life and the Board
responded that this is well known to Council and we are working with them to
fund the replacement at the point it makes good business sense. Debby asked if
there was a prioritized list of issues and was referred to the Improvement Plan
adopted by City Council on February 7, 2012 and posted on the City website. It
was pointed out that with certain tactical adjustments, we are implementing to
that plan.

Item VIII.
