Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 16, 2013 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />Hartronft stated there is a chute at the bottom of the bins wher <br />auger driven belt, with cups, would be used to dig the grain out <br />Stewart stated he thought the cross bracing on the tower was a g <br />Fasick inquired about getting into the Grain Elevator to actuall <br />Hartronft stated they would rather get it all cleaned out and mi <br />anyone in. <br />Stewart inquired about an archaeological assessment or having an <br />to monitor the site work. <br />Hartronft stated eh was fine with it but hadnt budgeted for it. <br />Jean Morgan recommended getting together a display of old photos <br />the Grain Elevator. She stated she is selling key lime pies to <br />of display. <br />Koertje made a motion to adopt resolution Number 7, Series 2013, <br />exhibit B, which are the drawings Stewart mentioned. <br />Watson seconded the motion. <br />Motion approved 6 to 0. <br />Stewart inquired about creating a subcommittee meeting every two <br />Fasick, Haley and Stewart volunteered to be on the subcommittee. <br />recommended the subcommittee should be advertised and placed on <br />Discussion Miners Cabins <br />Stewart introduced the item. <br />Robinson stated there wasnt any new information. <br />Watson asked fi the property owner had been contacted. <br />Robinson stated he hadnt been, but it also wasnt a public hear <br />Watson stated he would rather have the property owner notified i <br />considered on the agenda. <br />Robinson stated he would send out a letter for the October meeti <br />Stewart volunteered to be part of a subcommittee and also recomm <br />be part of the subcommittee. <br />
