Machado seconded. All in favor. Consent agenda <br />approved. <br /> <br />I. Authority Business <br />A. Public Hearing - Change of Location Application – Café de Paris – <br /> Beer and Wine License - 908 Main St. to 917 Front St. Suite 100 <br /> <br />Rommelfanger opened the public hearing on the application for a change of <br />location. <br />Secretary Hanson reported the application was complete and included in the <br />packet for the Authority Members. She stated the posting and publication of the <br />hearing had been completed according to State law and she saw no reason for <br />denying the application. <br />Rommelfanger moved the boundaries of the neighborhood be set as the <br />boundaries of the city limits for the City of Louisville. Lipton seconded. All in <br />favor. He asked for opposition to the boundaries and hearing none, moved the <br />entire application as presented in the packet be made a part of the record of the <br />hearing. Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />Rommelfanger asked the applicant for their presentation. <br />Bryn Hudson, 495 East Sutton Circle, Lafayette, CO and with a new business <br />address of 917 Front Street, Suite 100 Louisville, CO introduced herself to the <br />Authority and took the oath. She stated the business was moving one block east <br />to a bigger space. <br />Rommelfanger asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak for the <br />application. Hearing none, he asked for any opposition to the application. <br />Hearing none, he asked for Authority comments. <br />Machado asked if the applicant would continue to just serve beer and wine. Ms. <br />Hudson answered yes. <br />Machado moved the Authority find the inhabitants of the neighborhood, to which <br />the applicant seeks to change its location, desire the request be granted; that the <br />license will meet the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood; all City and <br />State law requirements have been met and, based on these findings, the <br />Licensing Authority approve the change in location of the beer and wine license <br />held by Gibraltar LLC doing business as Café de Paris, from 908 Main Street <br />Suite 1B to 917 Front Street Suite 100. Lipton seconded. All in favor. Change <br />of location approved. <br /> <br />B.
