Louisville City Council Meeting <br />July 2, 2O02 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />Sisk voiced his concem with the appearance of advertising the expansion of the <br />Recreation Center in the fall brochure. He stated that, the legal opinion would determine <br />whether such advertisement would taint the election process. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the legal opinion would be followed. <br /> <br />Brown addressed an incident, occurring a few months that has caused some concern. He <br />explained that he requested the use of City property, and did not believe it would cause <br />public concern. He voiced his apology to anyone he might have offended and stated his <br />belief that the City has not been injured in anyway. <br /> <br />Keany commented on the reduced copies received from the applicants and wondered if <br />there was one standard for the applicants and another for the City. <br /> <br />Davidson addressed the Dash Bus service and stated that, RTD has representatives and <br />it is appropriate to suggest that the public contact those representatives. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (8:35 p.m.), seconded by Keany.
