Louisville City Council Meeting July 2, 2002 Page 8 Davidson called for Staffpresentation. Principal Planner Ken Johnstone reviewed Resolution No. 25, Series 2002, the petition for eligibility of the Community Park Annexation; Ordinance No. 1393, Series 2002, the Community Park annexation; and Ordinance No. 1394, Series 2002, the zoning for the proposed Community Park. He stated that the Planning Staff recommends a rezoning classification of A-Agriculture, which has a minimum lot size of five acres. He noted that public uses and facilities require special review use. He stated that the Planning Commission reviewed the zoning and supported the Agriculture zoning designation. MOTION: Keany moved that Council approve Resolution No. 25, Series 2002, seconded by Sisk. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 6-0. Levihn excused. ORDINANCE NO. 1393, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE COMMUNITY PARK ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 1st reading - set public hearing 7/16/02 Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1393, Series 2002. MOTION: Sisk moved that Ordinance No. 1393, Series 2002 be sent out for publication and a public heating be set for July 16, 2002, seconded by Keany. All in favor. Levihn excused. ORDINANCE NO. 1394, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO AND KNOWN AS THE COMMUNITY PARK ANNEXATION - 1st reading - set public hearing 7/16/02 Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1394, Series 2002. Johnstone stated that the ordinances have been advertised as public hearings. City Attomey Light requested that Council open the public hearing and continue the zoning to the July 16, 2002 meeting. Davidson opened the public hearing. MOTION: Davidson moved that the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1394, Series 2002 be continued to July 16, 2002, seconded by Sisk. All in favor. Levihn excused.
