<br />G. Arts License. An arts license may be issued to any <br />nonprofit arts organization which sponsors and <br />presents productions or performances of an artistic <br />or cultural nature, and shall permit the licensee <br />to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors only <br />to patrons of such productions or performances for <br />consumption on the licensed premises in connection <br />with the productions and performances. No person <br />licensed pursuant to this subsection shall permit <br />any exterior or interior advertising concerning the <br />sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises. <br /> <br />H. Optional Premise License. An optional premise <br />license shall be granted for optional premises <br />approved by the local licensing authority to <br />persons selling malt, vinous, and spirituous <br />liquors by the drink only to customers for <br />consumption on the optional premises and for <br />storing malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors in a <br />secure area on or off the optional premises for <br />future use on the optional premises. <br /> <br />I. Temporary License. A temporary license shall be <br />issued to an applicant holding a license pursuant <br />to subsections A through G of this section, when <br />said license has expired and has not been timely <br />renewed by the appl icant. A temporary license <br />shall be valid until a regular annual license has <br />been issued, except that in no event shall such <br />temporary license be valid for more than one <br />hundred twenty days. <br /> <br />section 2. section 5.08.040 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are <br />stricken through; words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />5.08.040 Fees -- Application and registration fees. <br /> <br />The following license fees shall be paid to the city <br />for all liquor licenses: <br /> <br />A. Each application for a new license filed vith <br />the city council shall be accompanied by an <br />application fee in the amount of four hundred <br />fifty dollars. <br /> <br />B. Each application for a transfer of location or <br />ownership of an existing license shall be <br />accompanied by a transfer fee in the amount of <br />two hundred fifty dollars. <br /> <br />3 <br />
