<br />C. Beer and Wine License. A beer and wine license <br />shall be issued to persons selling malt and vinous <br />liquors in a place where such liquors are to be <br />consumed if said place is a hotel or restaurant. <br /> <br />D. Hotel and Restaurant License. A hotel and <br />restaurant license shall be issued to persons <br />selling malt, vinous, AND spirituous liquors in the <br />place where such liquors are to be consumed, <br />subject to the following restrictions: <br /> <br />1. Restaurants shall sell malt, vinous, and <br />spirituous liquors only to customers of such <br />restaurant, and only if meals are actually and <br />regularly served and provide not less than <br />twenty-five percent of the gross income of the <br />business of the licensed premises. <br /> <br />2. Hotels shall sell malt, vinous, and spirituous <br />liquors only to customers of said hotel and, <br />except in hotel rooms, only on the licensed <br />premises where meals are actually and <br />regularly served and provide not less than <br />twenty-five percent of the gross restaurant <br />income of the business of the licensed <br />premises. <br /> <br />3. Each hotel and restaurant licensee shall <br />himself OR HERSELF manage or have a separate <br />and distinct manager of each liquor-licensed <br />premises, and shall register said manager with <br />the ~ LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />4. The city council LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY may <br />refuse to accept any person as a registered <br />manager unless he THE PERSON is satisfactory <br />to the city council LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />as to character, record, and reputation. <br /> <br />E. Tavern License. A tavern license shall be issued <br />to persons selling malt, vinous, eF AND spirituous <br />liquors by the drink only to customers for <br />consumption on the premises, and such licensee <br />shall have sandwiches and light snacks available <br />for consumption on the premises during business <br />hours, but he need not have meals available for <br />consumption. <br /> <br />F. Club License. A club license shall be issued to <br />persons selling malt, vinous, and spirituous <br />liquors only to members and guests of such club, <br />and only on the premises of the club. <br /> <br />2 <br />
