ORDINANCE NO. 1116 SERIES 1993 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 16 AND TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE REVISING PROCEDURES FOR THE REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION PLATS AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLANS. WHEREAS, C.R.S. ~31-23-201 et ~ authorizes the City to adopt subdivision regulations and C.R.S. ~31-23-313 authorizes the City to adopt planned unit development regulations; and WHEREAS, the City has adopted subdivision and planned unit development regulations codified in Title 16 and Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, The City desires to amend said regulations to provide for more effective and efficient processing and review of subdivision and planned unit development applications. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Subsections A, B, and C of Section 16.12.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code are amended to read as follows (words to be added are capitalized; words to be deleted are stricken through) : 16.12.030 preliminary plat -- Processing. A. A minimum of thirty-six copies of the preliminary plat, AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY, and required supplemental material shall be presented by the subdivider to the City Clerk at least thirty days prior to a regular planning commission meeting. If the plat is in an acceptable condition according to the regulations of this title, the city administrator OR THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S DESIGNEE shall furnish the appropriate agencies with copies for their review and comments. B, The :lgcncy AGENCIES shall have b;cnty TWELVE days from the date they receive a copy of the plat to review and return the plat to the city administrator's office UNLESS THE REFERRAL ALLOWS A GREATER NUMBER OF DAYS TO RETURN COMMENTS OR AN EXTENSION OF TIME IS GRANTED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR OR THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S DESIGNEE. All comments relative to the above-referenced plat shall be returned at that time.
