<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1115 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE - TRANSITION ZONE <br />DISTRICT AND ENACTING OR AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF TITLE 17 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCORPORATE SAID ZONE DISTRICT <br />INTO THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, C.R.S. ~31-23-301 et ~ authorizes the City to <br />establish zoning districts within the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has established zoning districts and zoning <br />regulations as codified in Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish a new zone <br />district and regulations pertaining thereto to be known as the <br />Administrative Office - Transition Zone; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such zone district is needed to accommodate and <br />achieve orderly and harmonious growth and development within the <br />City and is necessary to promote the health, safety, morals, and <br />general welfare of the community. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 17.08.085 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are <br />stricken through; words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />17.08.085 Common open space. <br /> <br />"Common open space" means a TRACT, parcel OR AREA of <br />land, an area of water, or a combination of both land and <br />water ~d thin any ai te deaignated aa a planned unit <br />development. Common open apace WHICH does not include <br />streets, alleys, DRIVEWAYS, parks, off-street parking and <br />loading areas, OR public open space er AND other <br />facilities dedicated by the developer TO THE CITY for <br />public use. Common open space shall be substantially <br />free of structures, but may contain such improvements <br />that are approved as part of ~ A planned unit <br />development and are appropriate for the recreation of <br />residents of ~ A planned unit development. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 17.12,010 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended by the addition of a new subsection N to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1 <br />
