<br />17.12.010 District categories. <br /> <br />N. Administrative Office Transition AOT. This <br />district is intended to allow low intensity, non- <br />retail commercial development on parcels which <br />adj oin residential districts. Use, building and <br />site development restrictions are intended to <br />insure compatibility with adjoining residential <br />uses while affording reasonable use of property. <br /> <br />Section 3. The description of uses found in Item 9 of the <br />use group table in Section 17.12.030 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows (words to be added are <br />capitalized): <br /> <br />9. Public and private schools (other than items <br />10, 11 and 12), STUDIOS FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK <br />OR TEACHING OF ANY FORM OF FINE ARTS, <br />PHOTOGRAPHY, MUSIC, DRAMA, DANCE, BUT NOT <br />INCLUDING A COMMERCIAL GYMNASIUM. <br /> <br />Section 4. The introductory paragraph of Section 17.12.030 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code is amended by the addition of the <br />following sentence to the end of said paragraph (words to be added <br />are capitalized): <br /> <br />USE GROUP CATEGORIES EXPRESSLY PERMITTED WITHIN THE AOT <br />ZONE DISTRICT AND USES PERMITTED BY SPECIAL REVIEW WITHIN <br />THE AOT ZONE DISTRICT ARE DESIGNATED IN SECTION 17.13.020 <br />AND SECTION 17.13.030 OF THIS TITLE. <br /> <br />Section 5. Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />amended by the addition of a new Chapter 17.13 to read a follows: <br /> <br />Chapter 17.13 <br /> <br />Administrative Office - Transition Zone District <br /> <br />17.13.010 Generally. <br /> <br />In addition to any other applicable section of Title <br />17, the provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all <br />lands, uses and structures in Administrative Office _ <br />Transition (AOT) zone districts, <br /> <br />17.13.020 Use groups. <br /> <br />No land shall be used or occupied and no structure <br />shall be designed, erected, altered, used, or occupied, <br />except for one or more of the following uses by right, <br />provided that a use by right may be accompanied by lawful <br />accessory uses and buildings: <br /> <br />2 <br />
