<br />Section 13. Section 17,24.100.A.3. of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is amended to read as follows (words to be added are <br />underlined) : <br /> <br />17.24.100 Maximum allowable area for sign face. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />0, C-N, AOT: one hundred square feet except the <br />maximum allowable gross surface area for a <br />suspended sign shall be ten square feet total <br />surface area and five square feet per face and the <br />maximum gross surface area for a wall sign shall be <br />sixteen square feet; <br /> <br />Section 14. Subsection A of Section 17.24.110 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is amended to read as follows (words to <br />be added are capitalized or underlined) : <br /> <br />17.24.110 Maximum number of signs allowed. <br /> <br />A. A, all residential districts, 0 AND AOT: one sign <br />per lot street frontage; <br /> <br />Section 15. The commercial and office use yard and bulk <br />requirements set forth in Section 17.72.190 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code are amended as follows (words to be added are <br />underlined) : <br /> <br />Commercial and Office Use -- C-N, C-B, C-C, 0, AOT zones <br /> <br />Section 16. The repeal or modification of any provision of <br />the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville by this ordinance <br />shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or <br />in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or <br />criminal, which shall have been incurred under such provision, and <br />each provision shall be treated and held as still remaining in <br />force for the purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, <br />suits, proceedings, and prosecutions for the enforcement of the <br />penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose of <br />sustaining any judgement, decree, or order which can or may be <br />rendered, entered, or made in such actions, suits, proceedings, or <br />prosecutions. <br /> <br />Section 17. If any article, section, paragraph, sentence, <br />clause or phrase of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional <br />or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have <br />passed this ordinance and each part or parts hereof irrespective of <br />the fact that anyone part or parts be declared unconstitutional or <br />invalid. <br /> <br />8 <br />
