<br />Section 10. Section 17.28.110 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows (words to be added are <br />capitalized; words to be deleted are stricken through): <br /> <br />17.28.110 Underlying district regulations to apply. <br /> <br />All requirements applicable to the underlying zoning <br />district or districts in which the property is located as <br />outlined in Section 17.12.040 of thio code SET FORTH IN <br />THIS TITLE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOT AREA, LOT <br />COVERAGE, LOT WIDTH, HEIGHT, SETBACKS, AND BUFFERS shall <br />apply to planned unit developments. However, such <br />requirements may be altered through the approval process <br />of the planned unit development if the spirit and intent <br />of the development plan criteria in Section 17.28.120 are <br />met and the city council finds that the development plan <br />contains areas allocated for usable open space in a <br />common park area in excess of the required b:el ve percent <br />PUBLIC USE DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS or that the alteration <br />is warranted by the design and amenities incorporated in <br />the development plan, AND THE NEEDS OF RESIDENTS FOR <br />USABLE OR FUNCTIONAL OPEN SPACE AND BUFFER AREAS CAN BE <br />MET. <br /> <br />Section 11. Subsection A of Section 17.24.080 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is amended to read as follows (words to <br />be added are capitalized; words to be deleted are stricken <br />through) : <br /> <br />17.24.080 Requirements for specific types of signs. <br /> <br />A. Illuminated Signs. Illuminated signs shall be <br />shaded wherever necessary to avoid casting bright <br />light upon property located in any residential <br />district or area or upon any public street, park, <br />public facility or hospital facility. ILLUMINATED <br />SIGNS IN AOT ZONE DISTRICTS SHALL: COMPLY WITH <br />SECTION 17.13.110 OF THIS TITLE; BE ILLUMINATED <br />ONLY FROM A CONCEALED LIGHT SOURCE INTERNAL TO THE <br />SIGN STRUCTURE OR SHIELDED FROM PUBLIC VIEW AND <br />FROM SURROUNDING PROPERTIES USED TO ILLUMINATE ONLY <br />THE SIGN FACE AND NOT ANY AREA BEYOND THE FACE; AND <br />NOT REMAIN ILLUMINATED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9: 00 <br />P.M. AND 6:00 A,M, <br /> <br />Section 12. Section 17.24.090,A,3, of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is amended to read as follows (words to be added are <br />underlined) : <br /> <br />17.24.090 Height regulations. <br /> <br />A. 0, AOT: ten feet; <br /> <br />7 <br />
