<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1114 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2.36 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ELECTIONS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, state laws relating to municipal elections have been <br />amended and the City Council wishes to conform the provisions of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code thereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, several provisions of Chapter 2.36 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code have become out-dated and should be revised. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Chapter 2.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, <br />entitled "Elections", is hereby amended to read as follows (words <br />to be deleted are stricken through; words to be added appear in <br />capital letters): <br /> <br />Chapter 2.36 <br /> <br />ELECTIONS <br /> <br />Sections: <br />2.36.010 <br /> <br />2.36.020 <br />2.36.030 <br />2.36.040 <br />2.36.050 <br />2.36.060 <br /> <br />Elective offices designated -- Election <br />-- Term. <br />Qualifications of candidates. <br />Vacancies. <br />Conduct in accordance with state law. <br />Write-in candidates. <br />Canceling of election. <br /> <br />2.36.010 Elective offices designated -- Election -- <br />Term. <br /> <br />A.
