There are articulated <br /> bump outs along the façade, as well as patios and awnings which are used to break up <br /> the façade. Varied rooftop parapets articulate the roof line of this development. Specific <br /> architectural articulation will be finalized at the final submittal of the PUD and shall <br /> comply with the design conditions set forth with the special review use request.
