■ Cityoj L Louisville
COLORADO • SINCE 1878
• Brian Harris stated his frustration with the management of WGP
and reminded the board that maintenance needs to by key when
Coal Creek reopens.
• Ron Sackett said that our presence is valuable, important and
thanks us for being here tonight.
• We have a great team at our helm — Thank you Joe, Allan and
Kevin for all of your hard work now and in the future.
Item VIII- Board Discussion of their issues not discussed above to be
addressed with City Council in subsequent Council Meetings— Item #33 on
the RFP was addressed — Allan Gill clarified the drainage improvement issues
and stated "this is a complex problem and will require help from outside sources ".
Kevin Atkinson of Phelps- Atkinson agreed. Drainage issues are currently being
advised by many disciplines according to Joe Stevens. Joe Stevens would like
to have any drainage issues, problems or concerns pertaining to the golf course
to be emailed to Polly Boyd and copy Ken Gambon in your email. This will help
create a list of what we need now. Ken Gambon then stated that he is currently
the President of the Coal Creek Ranch (CCR) HOA which completely surrounds
the golf course. He noted that the CCR Board meeting was the next evening and
he would ask a Board member to put together a survey of the HOA residents to
compile a comprehensive list of areas that suffer from drainage and flood
problems. Ken also stated that once this information is compiled he would
deliver the information to Joe Stevens so that the drainage issues will be
completely understood.
Item IX- Potential agenda items for November 4, 2013 SPECIAL NEXT Board
meeting in the Louisville Library first floor meeting room- There will not be a
meeting on 11/4/2013.
Item X- Adjourn- The meeting was adjourned at 8:30PM.
