■ Cityoj L Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />• Brian Harris stated his frustration with the management of WGP <br />and reminded the board that maintenance needs to by key when <br />Coal Creek reopens. <br />• Ron Sackett said that our presence is valuable, important and <br />thanks us for being here tonight. <br />• We have a great team at our helm — Thank you Joe, Allan and <br />Kevin for all of your hard work now and in the future. <br />Item VIII- Board Discussion of their issues not discussed above to be <br />addressed with City Council in subsequent Council Meetings— Item #33 on <br />the RFP was addressed — Allan Gill clarified the drainage improvement issues <br />and stated "this is a complex problem and will require help from outside sources ". <br />Kevin Atkinson of Phelps- Atkinson agreed. Drainage issues are currently being <br />advised by many disciplines according to Joe Stevens. Joe Stevens would like <br />to have any drainage issues, problems or concerns pertaining to the golf course <br />to be emailed to Polly Boyd and copy Ken Gambon in your email. This will help <br />create a list of what we need now. Ken Gambon then stated that he is currently <br />the President of the Coal Creek Ranch (CCR) HOA which completely surrounds <br />the golf course. He noted that the CCR Board meeting was the next evening and <br />he would ask a Board member to put together a survey of the HOA residents to <br />compile a comprehensive list of areas that suffer from drainage and flood <br />problems. Ken also stated that once this information is compiled he would <br />deliver the information to Joe Stevens so that the drainage issues will be <br />completely understood. <br />Item IX- Potential agenda items for November 4, 2013 SPECIAL NEXT Board <br />meeting in the Louisville Library first floor meeting room- There will not be a <br />meeting on 11/4/2013. <br />Item X- Adjourn- The meeting was adjourned at 8:30PM.
