<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 21, 2013 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br /> <br />Call to Order Chairperson Peter Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Mike Koertje, Peter Stewart, Lynda Haley, Jessica Fasick, Kirk Watson <br />and Aquiles La Grave <br />Commission Members Absent: <br /> John Griffin <br />City Representatives: <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Sam Light, City Attorney <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Stewart introduced the new agenda, which incorporated projected time frames. <br />La Grave asked to have skill sets for new board members to be part of the agenda. <br />Agenda was approved by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />th <br />Stewart asked for approval of the September 16 meeting minutes. Approved by voice <br />vote. <br />Public Comment <br />Jean Morgan stated the metal shed on Empire Road might become part of a <br />redevelopment if the City Shops move or are redeveloped.
